These Terms & Conditions govern all pet care services provided by Paws and Leashes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services, the client (“you”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Policy

1.1 All services must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
1.2 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation.
1.3 Accurate information about your pet’s health, behavior, and special requirements must be provided at the time of booking.
1.4 We reserve the right to decline any booking if we believe a pet’s care needs or behavior pose a safety concern.

2. Payment Policy

2.1 Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved digital payment platforms.
2.3 All services must be paid in full before they are provided.
2.4 Additional services (emergency care, extended stays, extra visits, etc.) will incur extra charges payable before pet pickup or service completion.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices listed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Any quoted price is valid only at the time it is issued.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service start date qualify for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations less than 48 hours before service start incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4.3 Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
4.4 If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Any changes to dates, times, or services must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Changes are subject to availability and may require a price adjustment.

6. Drop-Off, Pickup & Late Fees

6.1 Pets must be dropped off and picked up at the agreed-upon time.
6.2 Late pickups may incur an hourly or flat-rate fee.
6.3 Pets not collected within 48 hours past the scheduled time—without communication—may be reported to local authorities for welfare concerns.

7. Health & Vaccination Requirements

7.1 All pets must be fully vaccinated and up to date on flea/tick and worm prevention.
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to pets showing signs of illness or contagious conditions.
7.3 Owners must disclose any behavioral issues including aggression or anxiety.
7.4 Failure to disclose known health or behavior issues may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Emergency Care

8.1 In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
8.2 If you are unreachable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at our discretion.
8.3 All veterinary costs will be the responsibility of the pet owner.

9. Liability

9.1 While we take extensive precautions, we are not liable for injury, illness, or loss arising from pre-existing medical conditions, age-related issues, or unpredictable events.
9.2 Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to property, staff, or other animals.
9.3 We are not liable for personal items brought with your pet (beds, toys, collars, etc.).

10. Pet Behavior & Safety

10.1 Pets must be non-aggressive and manageable within a group or individual care setting.
10.2 If a pet poses a safety risk, we may terminate the service immediately.
10.3 Additional fees may apply for pets requiring specialized handling or exhibiting extreme stress, aggression, or destructive behavior.

11. Personal Items

11.1 You may bring items such as food, toys, or bedding at your own risk.
11.2 We cannot guarantee the condition or return of personal items.

12. Photography & Media

12.1 We may take photos or videos of pets for monitoring or promotional use.
12.2 If you do not wish for your pet to appear in promotional content, you must notify us in writing.

13. Privacy

13.1 All personal information collected during booking is used solely for service delivery and communication.
13.2 We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

14. Agreement

14.1 By booking any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
